folgendes habe ich gerade in einem anderen (englischen) Forum gepostet:

So ladies...

I made the following steps to get
"cbmplugs-win64.zip"
working in
"Gimp 2.10.34"
on
"Microsoft Windows 10 Home 64 Bit"

(I tested every single Plugin without the others and all of them worked without any trouble!)

You need only to copy the plugin files (exe files) without any subdirectory to
"c:\Users\YOUR_USER\AppData\Roaming\GIMP\2.10\plug-ins\"

That's all!

PS: To be on the safe side i deinstalled Gimp and deleted manually the leftover files.

FAZIT: Es scheint nun alles zu funktionieren!
